[review] Kerrelyn Sparks - All I Want For Christmas Is a Vampire
Lol, I didn’t realize this is an adult romance novel when I first get my hands on it. But no matter, I think this is a well-made vampire novel ^^
I’ve read quite a number of vampire novels and this one proved itself good enough to be out of the norm. Blood-loving, non-venomous, ability to teleport, mind-controller… etc etc, a good combination of element, I say~
And this is my first time reading about mortals guarding vampires on day shift, way to go Kerrelyn Sparks! XD! As I read the novel, I’m playing the scene in my head. I will definitely watch this one if it is converted into a movie~
I give this novel a 4 out of 5~

Amelia Atwater Rhodes – Midnight predator
This is another good vampire novel although not better than the previous one in my review. Vampires possessed qualities like mind-tapping, ability to track slaves, non-venomous, and etc etc. There is not much romance as it focuses on mission, assassination, revenge and stuff like that.
But I like the feelings that grow between Jaguar and Turquoise a.k.a. Catherine. It’s sweet but it’s a shame the author didn’t elaborate more on it. I was looking forward the following story after Turquoise finally revenged herself.
*shrugged* Anyway, this is a worth reading novel, so there! XD
I give this novel a 3 out of 5!

I felt silly today =P
Because I told my sub master the wrong way to find the key… -_-ll
Some people might say ‘It’s okay, you just don’t know’ but I thought I know.
I want to help a bit because they helped me a few times now and I wanna contribute too (- 3-)
And now, I messed it up and confused her too…
So while I keep thinking about my mistake, I finally (or I thought so ^^:;) figured out the ways around the trial rooms.
Speaking in term of number, Brick will add one to the room you’re in. Ex: Room 7 to Room 8
Chaotic + Fractal will add four to the room you’re in. Ex: Room 7 to Room 11
*Room 11 is the last room so using chaotic + fractal will bring you to room 1
So that’s why people say using the combi (fractal+chaotic) three times will bring you to the boss room:
1st time combi: Room 7 to Room 11
2nd time combi: Room 11 to Room 1
3rd time combi: Room 1 to Room 5 (Speak to Sabrina and you’re there)
That’s why the wiki guide say use the combi at Room 2 (- 3-) [Room 2 to Room 6] to get to Naranjo.

[Review] Tsunami at Haeundae~

[Tsunami at Haeundae] is really a good movie~ At first, I thought it is simply a disaster movie, but it ain’t ya normal disaster movie. This one have extra kick in it, plus some comedy LOL~
To me, this movie is a 3 different situation all in an island, Haeundae.
This movie makes me laugh, cry and cringed at painful scenes. Its scene rich in emotions fill my thoughts and I was admiring the CGs and sound effects ^^
It makes me think what would I do if I’m in their shoes.
I give this movie 4 out of 5! ^^

I read all of the books and at last, down to the final book [The Royal Blood] but... this ending is too brief T^T
I was looking forward reading about Raven getting changed but it's not happening here (- 3-)

Anyway, it is a very good book for vampire lovers~ XD

[myself] Defending TVXQ by myself T^T
Today, I was listening to local radio when they suddenly talk about singing live and eventually come to lip-sync. The DJ then asks the viewer to send in their thought about paying to see a concert where the singer lip-sync their performance.
One of the DJ state with excitement, “TVXQ! They lip-sync!”
That totally snapped me off. I send an sms which goes like this:
TVXQ only lip-sync at fast song, they sing live for the ballad!!
But in the end, only me who have different opinion. I felt so alienated and realized ONE fangirl is so helpless…

[myself] I'm not happy with 'Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince' movie!!!
Cheapskate!! That’s the word I want to use to describe the newest series of Harry Potter movies [Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince]. I’m a big fan of the story and I’m happy that Half Blood Prince are finally out to cinema ^^
I can’t wait to see how everything going to come alive....
After watching the movie, I’m totally pissed.
Okay, before going to that point, I want to compliment the CG team or special effect (not very good in the category ^^;;) for the splendid scene. Like how the camera give us the scene of the death eater destroying the bridge (I don’t know how to explain =P) and I enjoy the fighting part (you have that, do you?).
Now, about my dissatisfaction on this movie… it’s nothing really, apart from cutting away almost 60% plots from the book and adding 20% new stuff… it’s nothing, REALLY!!!
Idiot, where’s the president or whoever he is from the opening?
Where’s the part showing Harry bouncing with joy for being selected as the leader (Quittich?)?
Where’s the scene on Luna being the commentator?
Where’s the part on ‘Defense against Dark Arts’ session?
Where’s the part when Harry gets all the credit in potion class?
Where’s the part explaining what’s a ‘bezoar’?
Where’s the fighting part when Dumbledore is struck by ‘Avra Kedavra’?
Where’s the grand funeral for Dumbledore? (Hey, pay some tribute here! You’re killing off the man from the script.)
And lastly, what the hell with ‘Take my hand...’?!
Why all the supposed-to-be-grand-part must give way to this silly plot?
And the birds, geez, you’re wasting precious time credit here.
I supposed these parts are just as meaningless as the presence of the Death Eater when Dumbledore die.
All they have to do is walk out Hogwarts with Snape and Malfoy -_-ll
Although I enjoy the so-called dry humor, I rather have them all out for the sake of other better part.
If the last movie is going to end up like this too, I’ll not watch it.
It ruins the mood.

I mean if the people didn't read the book, they wouldn't know who is Fenrir except as the guy who appear on the newspaper in the back alley -_-ll
Poor guy, i mean the actor.
and he is supposed to have a nice scene when Death Eater invade the school.
And what with the scene to burn down the Weasley's house?
Where's the point?! Gahh~~

What It's About
DBSK fans become penpals with children in hospitals/orphanages. Spread the love by reaching out to people all over the world.
The Letters
1. We contact other fansites/forums.
2. Fans will submit their name and country to us.
3. We (AOE) compile the fan list and find hospitals/nursing homes/orphanages that have possible penpals.
4. We send each fan the address and name of their fellow penpal.
5. Fans purchase a red envelope (and small, flat gifts if they want)
6. Fans write a letter, sign it at the very end as, "__(NAME)___, a DBSK fan".
7. Fans send it (postage stamps and all) to their penpal.
Donations
1. We either ask for donations on a site, or redirect them HERE onto AOE (as is the case for Soompi Forums).
2. We collect as much as we can, and send the donations to WFP in the name of DBSK.

[myself] Ways to survive (financially) in college daily life~
Getting into college is hard enough, but how to manage the money to spend daily is even harder.
We students haven’t come out to make money yet, so how we spend is very crucial (especially for your wallet)
1) Eat economical rice for lunch; make sure to pick dishes which can provide balanced nutrients.
2) Buy a packet of instant noodles, that would be your lunch. [WARNING: this is no healthy menu]
3) To prevent your craving (spending) for snacks, have some delicious cookie/biscuit ready so you can munch when your teeth is feeling ‘itchy’.
4) When buying body shampoo, buy the refill pack instead because you can save up to 40%.
5) Same goes to detergent, buy the refill pack if possible.
6) Cut your consumption of carbonated drinks, research show they are ‘eating’ your calcium in your body.
7) Buy vegetables in bulk so you can trade it for other vegetables with your friends.
8) When you crave for something to eat, drink water. You will be full in no time, besides it’s healthy.
9) Keep an unbreakable piggy bank, where there’s only in and no out. Put some money everyday, even a little bit means something once it accumulates.
10) Entertainment is a must for young people, like watching movies. Use your student pass, it’s cheaper that way.
11) Or better, wait until your friends bought the video, you can just borrow from them.

I can’t believe that I could cry so much from just reading a book.
But this is not some book; I’m reading [Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince].
This is the first time I ever cry (read cry, weep, and sob) while reading a book.
I just can’t believe that Dumbledore is dead…..
He just like a savior or light of the hope to me.
Actually I already know someone will die in this book because the author says so in her previous interview.
But I just couldn’t believe that Dumbledore is dead T^T
Under the spell of Avra Kedabra (?) I forgot how it is spelled.
And I hate/loath Snape.
I hate him, no matter what.
No matter how James torture him in his younger life.
Now I’m wondering how it would turns out in the movie.
How much part they will take in to film?
*sigh* I get myself too much into a book/story again…

Why?
Because is the first day of my new semester and Elene’s not there with me.
The bloody express bus is late
Later I found out, they cut off the express bus for 11.00 a.m.
I eat spaghetti at the café and accidentally stained my shirt
I look messy with my stained shirt
I wait in the classroom and it’s 1.48 p.m. but nobody come.
The lecturer is boring
He want us to do a real research and a mini practical in class (> . <)
And the last thing is I’m lonely without someone to talk to. T^T

These two years, artists such as Big Bang (sold 132000 copies), Brown Eyed Girls (112000) copies, etc. have been under the curse of "not being able to sell more than 150,000 copies."
Each year, TVXQ's sales rankings are higher than before. According to charts, their first single in 2004 "Miduhyo," sold 242580 copies, ranking eighth.
Their second album, "Rising Sun,' sold 222472 copies in 2005, ranking fourth, and their third album "O. Jung. Ban. Hap" in 2006 sold 349317 copies, ranking first.

2008 Asia Song Festival opened on 4th at 6pm at the Seoul World Cup Stadium, Dong Bang Shin Ki from South Korea won as the Asia Top's singer.
Shin Seung, Dong Bang Shin Ki, SS501, Girls Generation top singers decorated the festival stage with colorful performances.
5 times this year, 2008 Asia Song Festival led by Seoul Metropolitan Government and the International Cultural Industry Foundation, the event co-hosted by the unity of Asia, promoting music through exchanges and planning to activate the stagnant of the music market. As popular as the hub of cultural exchanges in Asia and become one of Asia's largest music festivals understanding the divergence.
South Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, Thailand and other Asian countires, representing 12 teams participated in the Top 20 of Singers.

[NEWS] Korean fans are using "silent -listening" method
A chinese website by the name of Baidu Bar said that recently Korean fans are using the "silent-listening" method. They said Korean Cassiopeia had come up with the cheering for Mirotic a long long time ago but after the Mini Concert 2 different opinions surfaced: one is continue with the loud cheering while they sing, the other one is to use the "silent-listening" method like Japanese fans.
A lot of people agreed with the second opinion. Because DBSK said that this album is aimed for the public, if they keep cheering loudly while the boys sing the atmosphere will be good but it will have bad effect on other viewers.
After that Cassiopeia went and ask for an opinion from the boys themselves. The answer they received was that they hope the fans will listen to their performance silently. Because of that Korean fans have decided to follow the silent-listening method from then on.
The super loud cheering you heard from Mnet was because a lot of fans lost control that day (maybe because of the unexpected fan meeting??) and they said it really had bad effects on Tv's viewer.
Korean fans dont want the same thing happen again so they carefully told everyone to keep quiet during the Music Bank performance and even gave leaflets to every fan who came in that day.
